How we work

Understand the why. Then move.

First, we look at what you're carrying.

What's fixed

Stable traits shaping how you meet uncertainty, evaluation and unfinished work. We design around your wiring, never against it.

Attention, memory and processing differ from person to person. We work with your mind, not against a template of someone else's.

Anxiety or low mood change the ground you work on. We stay in scope, and refer on when a block is really something else.

What can move

Why the work matters, and whether the reason still pulls. Motivation can be rebuilt, reconnected, or honestly renegotiated.

Your fuel on the day. Both flat and over-activated states narrow creative thinking—so we read it before pushing.

Time, space, interruptions, feedback and the people around the work. Often the fastest thing to change is the conditions, not the person.

now, where is the work really stuck?

The same stuck feeling can trace to very different causes. We name the mechanism—seven domains where creative work gets stuck, plus one look-alike that isn't a block at all—so we work on the real thing, not the surface.

Questions

The things people ask about how we work.

Coaching and creative consulting—not therapy. We work on the block and the project in front of you, and if something sits deeper than our remit, we say so and help you find the right support.

No. A real project and a sense of what keeps happening instead is enough—naming the block is part of the work, not a prerequisite.

Many people leave the first session with a usable next move. Deeper patterns take a few sessions to shift—we are honest about which is which.

A clear read on what is really driving the stuckness, a concrete next move you can test in real work, and a route you can keep walking once the sessions end.

When you're ready, bring the work.
