Questions are part of the process.
Practical answers about fit, sessions, pricing, our method and the limits of the work.
Getting started
No. Creativity is the process of bringing something into existence. We work with anyone blocked on a project—from artists and designers to founders, researchers, strategists and teams.
You may be repeatedly avoiding, restarting, overworking, losing direction or getting trapped in the same decision. We begin by checking whether the obstruction is in the person, project, process, environment—or whether rest, learning or a referral would be more appropriate.
No. Unclear direction can be part of the work. It helps to bring a real situation, decision or ambition, even if the final project is not yet defined.
Sessions & support
It can be either, or a thoughtful combination. Coaching helps you examine internal barriers and find your own way forward. Creative consulting brings direct thinking, challenge and practical support to the project itself.
We clarify the project, understand what has and has not moved, explore the likely source of friction and agree a proportionate response to test. We do not force a label in the first ten minutes.
It depends on the block and the work. You can begin with one focused session, then decide whether a three- or six-session process would be useful. There is no pressure to buy a longer package first.
Yes. When the obstruction is in the brief, idea, structure, process or workflow, creative consulting may include direct challenge, options, reframing and practical project advice.
Individual sessions can happen online, with in-person work offered when location and format allow. Workshops and organisation projects can be online, in person or hybrid depending on the work.
Pricing & access
A focused 90-minute Project Session is €150, a three-session Momentum Pack is €390, and the six-session process uses accessible, standard and supporter tiers. Current details appear on the Individuals page.
Reduced-fee places support people facing financial difficulty and people underrepresented in creative industries. Tell us what is realistic for you—no payslips or invasive proof required.
Organisation work is quoted by scope, participants, preparation, customisation and follow-up. The Organisations page includes starting prices for workshops, team resets, series and advisory work.
Yes. The final booking policy will set a reasonable notice period for moving a session and explain what happens with late cancellations. The aim is clarity, not punishment.
Method & evidence
Creative block is under-researched relative to how common it appears to be. There is no agreed scientific taxonomy, and some of the strongest evidence comes from writing, academic and artist samples. Our framework brings that evidence together with established theory and creative practice. It is an evidence-informed practitioner method—not a validated clinical diagnostic system.
Because “I am stuck” does not explain what needs to change. A working map helps us distinguish problems of action, identity, direction, energy, the work itself, systems, context and skill without pretending they are fixed diagnoses.
Yes. Blocks often overlap and can change over time. The map is used to organise enquiry, not reduce a person or project to one permanent category.
We use the best relevant research available, remain explicit about its limits, combine it with practitioner judgement and your real context, and revise the response according to what happens in practice.
Boundaries & fit
No. Coaching may explore beliefs, identity, fear and behaviour as they relate to the work, but it does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. We refer when needs sit outside our competence.
Then the ethical response may be rest, reducing load, changing direction or choosing to stop—not turning a healthy decision into a productivity problem.
We name the gap honestly. The right response may be practice, a course, a specialist, technical mentoring or a referral rather than more coaching.
A short initial conversation can clarify the project, what support you want and whether our mix of coaching and creative consulting is appropriate. If it is not, we will say so.
