Coaching for the person.Consulting for the project.Often both.
We move between the two as the work asks: coaching when the block is about you—confidence, direction, a difficult relationship with the work—and consulting when it is about the project in front of you. Most of the time, it is a blend.
One project. Different depths.
Project Session
One deep session. We clarify what is actually obstructing the work, work directly on the project in front of you, and you leave with a clear read on the block and a sensible next move you can act on straight away.
One 90-minute sessionEnquireMomentum Pack
Three sessions over a few weeks. We name the most likely block, test an intervention in your real work, then adjust from what actually happens—so the change becomes something you can repeat, not just an idea from a room.
Three 60-minute sessionsEnquireThe Big Block
For a block that has held for a while. Coaching, project clarification, practical experiments and review—combined and paced to the mechanism underneath—until the work moves again and you can keep it moving without us.
Six 60-minute sessionsEnquire- A clear read on what is really blocking the work.
- Concrete next moves to test in the project.
- A route you can keep walking after the sessions.
A few common questions.
No. A real project and a sense of what keeps happening instead is enough. Naming the block is part of the work, not a prerequisite.
Both are available. We agree the mode with you—coaching for the person, consulting for the project, and often a blend of the two.
Many people leave the first session with a usable next move. Deeper patterns take a few sessions to shift—we are honest about which is which.
